Does my Power of Attorney need to be in Arabic?
Documents submitted to UAE notaries and courts are generally expected in Arabic or in a bilingual Arabic-English format. We prepare bilingual drafts by default; our legal translation team can also translate an existing English draft.
What information do you need to type my POA?
Passport and Emirates ID copies of the principal and the attorney, and a clear description of what the attorney should be able to do (for example, sell a specific property, manage a bank account or represent you in a case). For property or vehicles, the relevant title deed or registration details help.
