POA & Legal Typing Services in Dubai
Your Power of Attorney Typed Correctly, in the Format the Notary Accepts
Most notary rejections in Dubai have nothing to do with the law and everything to do with the document: a missing passport number, names that don’t match the Emirates ID, powers described too vaguely, or an English-only draft where a bilingual Arabic-English version is expected. DUNES types your Power of Attorney and other legal documents in the correct format, in Arabic and English, ready for notarisation.

What are POA typing services in Dubai?
POA typing is the preparation of a Power of Attorney document in the format expected by UAE notaries, usually bilingual Arabic-English, with the principal’s and attorney’s details and the granted powers set out clearly. DUNES prepares these drafts and can arrange notarisation afterwards.
Does my Power of Attorney need to be in Arabic?
Documents submitted to UAE notaries and courts are generally expected in Arabic or in a bilingual Arabic-English format. We prepare bilingual drafts by default; our legal translation team can also translate an existing English draft.
What information do you need to type my POA?
Passport and Emirates ID copies of the principal and the attorney, and a clear description of what the attorney should be able to do (for example, sell a specific property, manage a bank account or represent you in a case). For property or vehicles, the relevant title deed or registration details help.
Do you also type affidavits, declarations and consent letters?
Yes. We type affidavits, declarations, consent letters for minors’ travel, NOCs, authorisation letters and POA revocation documents in the format required for notarisation.
Can you notarise the Power of Attorney after typing it?
Yes. Once you approve the draft, we can arrange Power of Attorney notarisation and, where the POA will be used abroad, onward MOFA and embassy attestation.
Is POA typing the same as legal advice?
No. We prepare the document based on your instructions and the format notaries expect. If you are unsure what powers to grant or your situation is legally complex, we recommend consulting a licensed lawyer before signing.
Places We Cover
We serve clients across Dubai and the nearby emirates, including Business Bay, Downtown Dubai, JLT, Dubai Marina, Deira and Bur Dubai. Drafts can be shared and reviewed remotely, so you only need to visit when the document is signed before the notary.
