Collection & Delivery
We offer complimentary document collection and delivery within Dubai (selected locations only, excluding remote areas). This service may be carried out via courier or our delivery personnel. Clients may also collect documents directly from our office once ready.
The attestation timeline begins from the next working day after receipt of documents at our office. While we strive to meet estimated collection and delivery timelines, this service is provided as a courtesy and does not form part of the contractual obligation.

Undelivered Documents
If documents are not collected or delivery is not accepted, the client must provide written confirmation within 60 days of completion. Documents unclaimed after 60 days may be disposed of without further liability.

Delays
Attestation processes are governed by government authorities and consular offices, and timelines may change without prior notice. Delays may arise due to system issues, public holidays, weather conditions, political situations, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
We shall not be held responsible for such delays, which will be treated as non-working days and communicated to clients accordingly.

Rejection of Documents
We are not responsible for any rejection of documents due to non-eligibility or non-compliance. Charges incurred up to the point of rejection will remain payable.

Missing or Damaged Documents
If a document is lost or damaged while under our direct custody, we will cover the actual cost of obtaining a duplicate, subject to proper documentation. Liability is limited to direct costs only.
Documents handled by government entities or consulates are beyond our control, and we are not responsible for any damage occurring during such processes. Clients must ensure proper handling of non-standard or large documents when using courier services.

Payments
Payments made through our bank account or website are processed via a secure payment gateway. We accept Visa and MasterCard (credit/debit) in AED. Pricing may vary depending on service requirements and is subject to change.
Any increase in government fees or procedural changes will be communicated in advance and proceeded only upon client approval.

Cancellation
If an order is cancelled during processing, we reserve the right to charge for costs incurred along with a proportionate service fee. If the process is completed, the full quoted amount will be payable.
